Three forms on this site collect information: the contact form, the build request form, and the careers application form. This page explains what we do with what you send.
Only what you type into the form. Typically that means your name, email, phone (optional), and whatever you tell us about your project, idea, bug, feature request, or job application. The build-request form also lets you attach a few files.
We also keep a timestamp and the submission's IP address, which is standard practice for any web form and helps us catch spam.
Only to reply to you about the thing you contacted us about. We don't send newsletters, we don't put you on a list, and we don't share your details with anyone outside the business.
For build requests, an automated step helps us triage incoming submissions quickly. No automated decisions about you are made; a person reads every submission.
As long as the conversation is live. If you ask us to delete your submission, we remove it and reply to confirm.
Send a short note through the contact form saying which form you submitted and roughly when. We'll remove it and reply to confirm within two working days.
