Build and own data pipelines that move financial, operational, and product data across systems. You'll design schemas, write transformation logic, manage orchestration, and ship reliable ETL into Postgres and BigQuery. You'll work directly with the founder on architecture decisions.

You should have

  • 3+ years writing production Python
  • Strong SQL and relational modelling
  • Built and operated a real ETL/ELT pipeline (not just notebooks)
  • Comfort with Docker, Linux, and Git
  • Strong fundamentals — the specific stack on any given project can change with little notice, so you must be able to pick up new tools quickly
  • Bonus: Terraform, GCP, dbt, or Kafka experience

Full-Stack Engineer

Ship features across the stack on real client products — from marketing sites to multi-portal SaaS apps. You'll work on Next.js frontends with Shadcn/Radix UI, FastAPI backends, and Postgres schemas. Some projects involve third-party integrations like Stripe, Xero, WhatsApp Cloud API, and Gemini.

You should have

  • 3+ years building production web apps
  • Strong TypeScript and React (App Router familiarity)
  • Comfortable writing Python/FastAPI services and SQL
  • Have shipped at least one full-stack app you're proud of
  • Strong fundamentals — frameworks and libraries change project to project, so you must be able to learn a new stack on the fly

Electrical / Electronics Engineer

Imagine a device, prototype it, and bring it to life. You'll work end-to-end on hardware projects — from sketching the concept on paper, breadboarding the first version, designing the PCB, sourcing components, and shipping a working prototype. Projects span IoT sensors, custom controllers, automation devices, and bespoke embedded systems. You'll work directly with the founder on what to build and why.

You should have

  • 3+ years building real electronics projects (not just kits — your own designs)
  • Comfort with microcontroller platforms (Arduino, ESP32, STM32, or similar)
  • C/C++ or MicroPython for embedded code
  • Experience designing PCBs in KiCad, EasyEDA, or Eagle
  • Hands-on skills: soldering, debugging with a multimeter/oscilloscope, reading datasheets
  • Strong fundamentals — circuit analysis, digital and analog basics — so you can pick up new chips, protocols, and sensors quickly when a project demands it
  • Ability to articulate a device idea, then ship a working prototype
  • Showcase: link a YouTube video of something you've built — walk us through the device, what it does, and how it works
  • Bonus: experience with wireless protocols (BLE, LoRa, Wi-Fi), 3D printing/CAD, or low-power design

Personal Assistant to the CTO

Support a busy founder/CTO on demand. You don't need to keep office hours and you're welcome to have other commitments — full-time job, studies, family, anything. What matters is responsiveness: when a request comes in, you can act on it (or confirm you've seen it) within 4 hours, any day of the week. Work includes calendar management, inbox triage, meeting prep, vendor coordination, light bookkeeping support, and project tracking.

You should have

  • Prior EA, PA, or operations experience (founder/exec support a plus)
  • Excellent written English and proofreading instinct
  • Comfort with cloud tools — Google Workspace, Asana, Notion
  • Discretion with confidential business and client info
  • A reliable way to be reachable (phone notifications on, email checked regularly)
  • Bonus: experience supporting a technical founder, basic familiarity with software dev terminology
